Welcome to Capital Rarities. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or conducting business with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all interactions with our business, including in-person transactions and use of our website.

2. Services Provided

Capital Rarities specializes in purchasing precious metals and related items, including but not limited to:

  • Gold, silver, and platinum

  • Jewelry (including broken or scrap)

  • Coins and bullion

  • Watches (including luxury timepieces)

All transactions are conducted in person at our physical location unless otherwise specified.

We do not offer public restroom or Wi-Fi access.

To ensure a comfortable and private experience, we kindly limit visits to no more than two individuals at a time.

3. Appointment Policy

We operate by appointment only to ensure privacy, security, and individualized service.

  • Walk-ins are not accepted and service will be refused.

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone call.

  • Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused and require rescheduling.

4. Offer & Payment Terms

  • All offers are based on current market conditions and item evaluation at the time of appointment.

  • Offers are non-binding until accepted in person.

  • Payment is issued immediately upon acceptance of an offer.

  • We issue payment by check only and do not offer alternative payment methods.

5. Identification Requirements

To comply with local, state, and federal regulations, all sellers must provide:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, ID Photo Card, Passport)

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to conduct transactions.

Failure to provide proper identification will result in refusal of service.

6. Ownership & Right to Sell

By selling items to Capital Rarities, you affirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the items, or authorized to sell them

  • The items are not stolen, encumbered, or subject to any legal dispute

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.

7. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Precious metal prices fluctuate frequently based on global markets. As such:

  • Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates only

  • Final offers are determined at the time of in-person evaluation

8. No Return Policy

All transactions are final. Once payment has been issued and items have been transferred to Capital Rarities, no returns or cancellations are permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Capital Rarities is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions

  • Market value changes after a sale is completed

  • Customer dissatisfaction with offered prices

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during transactions is used solely for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Transaction documentation

  • Internal business operations

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
